What areas do you serve?

What types of buildings do you clean and maintain?
Offices, medical and dental suites, retail and storefronts, churches, schools and daycares, warehouses and light industrial, and multi-tenant buildings. If it has restrooms, floors and a front door, we handle it.
How is this different from hiring a cleaning company?
A cleaning company cleans. We run the building: cleaning, floor care, windows, pressure washing, repairs and the coordination of HVAC, electrical and plumbing work, all through one number and one invoice. A supervisor checks the crew's work instead of you.
What is the fall special?
A discount for new janitorial accounts that sign up this fall. The terms depend on the building and the schedule, so we go over it at the walkthrough and leave it with you on a one-page sheet.
How much does it cost?
It depends on square footage, how often you need us, and what is included. That is what the 15-minute walkthrough is for. We do not quote blind over the phone, and we do not pad the price to leave room to negotiate.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
We put the schedule and price in writing so there are no surprises. If you are under contract with someone else right now, tell us the renewal month and we will have a number on file for you to compare.
Can we keep a vendor we already like?
Yes. Plenty of buildings start with us for cleaning and floors and keep their existing HVAC or landscaping company. We work around whoever you want to keep.
How quickly can you start?
Walkthroughs are usually within a few days of your call. Once you pick a schedule, most buildings start the following week.
Are your crews insured?
Yes. We carry general liability coverage and can provide a certificate of insurance naming your building or management company before the first visit.
Do you work after hours?
Most janitorial, floor and window work is done after close or on weekends so your staff and customers never see a crew. Daytime porter service is available for high-traffic buildings.
